Custom-Made Products
All products sold by Dreamers Castle Co are custom made to order. Because each item is created specifically for the customer, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Design selection

Spelling or artwork errors approved by the customer

Change of mind or buyerβs remorse
Please carefully review all order details before placing your order.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order you approved, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After reviewing and verifying the issue, Dreamers Castle Co may, at our discretion:

Replace the item,

Issue an appropriate refund or store credit when applicable.

Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details before checkout, including:

Dreamers Castle Co is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer prior to production.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production has started.
Once production or customization begins, orders cannot be canceled because the items are made specifically for each customer.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights provided to consumers under applicable Florida or federal law.
