Return & Exchange Policy

Because all of our T-shirts are custom made to order, all sales are final.

Once an order is placed and production has begun, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as incorrect size, color choice, design selection, or change of mind.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you approved, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will gladly review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or correction at no additional cost.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details (size, color, design, spelling, and artwork) before submitting their order.

We are not responsible for errors approved at checkout.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
